CalARVC, Inc is governed by a Board of Directors that consists of elected regional representatives. Four representatives are elected to represent each of the three California regions (north, central and south). Additional positions include the past president, an ARVC Representative, and three seats which may be filled by appointment by the president. Board meetings are generally held on a Wednesday.

CalARVC, Inc has five committees that meet before the Board of Directors meeting; the Executive, Membership, Communications, Convention and Governance Committees. These committees generally meet on Tuesday, reporting their recommendations to the full Board of Directors at their meeting on Wednesday.

The CalARVC Board of Directors meets four times per year quarterly, including once in conjunction with the Annual Convention. Interested parties are encouraged to attend. Check the calendar for times and locations and contact the CalARVC office at (530) 885-1624 for more information.
