Workers’ Compensation Insurance — State Compensation Insurance Fund offers a 6% discount on premiums.  This program is open to qualified businesses with either a 9010 or 9015 classification code. State Fund also offers educational programs to help members keep their businesses safe and Workers’ Comp claims to a minimum.

Liability & Health Insurance — Offered through CalARVC and ARVC Supplier Members, some offer discounts only available to CalARVC members. These supplier members are specifically interested in meeting the needs of RV parks and campgrounds.

Ice Cream — This program provides park operators the opportunity to purchase quality Nestle’ and Haagen-Dazs ice cream products at very competitive prices. Dreyer’s supplies CalARVC members with the appropriate equipment, covers all maintenance and product loss due to freezer failure, supplies a new freezer whenever necessary, provides point of sale materials that drive strong profitable impulse sales and a candy rack that hooks onto the freezer if desired.  Dreyer’s will also supply Nestle’ Ice Cream Carts and hawker bags and work with CalARVC members on special events.

Paint Discounts — CalARVC member parks receive up to 15% off paint, coatings, wallpaper and other items at over 3,000 Sherwin-Williams stores nationwide.  Sherwin Williams extends market competitive prices to ensure CalARVC members are receiving full advantage of it’s group buying power.  Sherwin Williams also provides CalARVC with a 5% annual rebate on total purchases made by CalARVC member parks.

Products & Supplies — CalARVC provides Members with Legal Forms for Evictions, Rental Agreements, Publications and Signs which are designed specifically for RV Parks. (Products & Supplies Catalogue)

Small Park Discount Program — Parks with under 50 sites are entitled to a 10% discount on all CalARVC Products & Supplies, as well as a 25% discount on the CalARVC’s Annual Convention registration. 

Tenant and Employee Resident Screening — Credit Bureau Associates (CBA) provides CalARVC Members tenant & employee screening via phone, fax or internet. Choose from one to three credit bureaus & five levels of screening. CBA charges no dues or set-up fees. You pay only when you utilize their services. 

Bad Debt Collection — Credit Bureau Associates also provides collections on delinquent accounts for only 25% of the amount owed (35% if court action is required).
