Industry InfoThe following information and publications are available through the CalARVC office or store.
Occupancy Statistics - Each month, CalARVC collects member occupancy data. Members receive an occupancy card on which to calculate their monthly occupancy or a reminder email to submit their statistics online via the secure Members Only area. Members that participate online can see their park’s statistics compared to recent years. Compiled statistics for all participants can also be viewed in the Members Only area or purchased via the CalARVC store in the form of the Occupancy Statistics Booklet.
Annual Occupancy Statistics Booklet This information is used to provide accurate occupancy statistics that enable us to establish and predict trends in the RV park and campground industry. Occupancy statistics can also help park owners gain additional information to effectively lobby for a bill, apply for loans, or when buying or selling a park. Also included are the results of the annual rate survey.
A Practical Guide to the Eviction Process This guide provides step by step information to carry out an eviction. It includes a copy of the Recreational Vehicle Occupancy Law (RVPOL).
Personnel Manual This 3-ring binder contains: An Employer Guidebook, and Employee Handbook, an Illness & Injury Prevention Plan and sample job descriptions.
The following publications are available through ARVC at (703) 241-8801.
