Website Enhancement -- Camp-California Marketing has entered into an agreement with Friend Communcations to host Camp-California.com and to provide additional services to our members. An enhanced webpage includes adding your logo, photos, web links, unlimited descriptive text and more. Enhancements including online reservations are also available. Parks can make a portion (at least 20%) of their sites available for online guests to make reservations - complete with payment of a deposit or full fees. Advertising on Camp-California.com -

Optional advertising is available. Ad positions are available throughout the website. There are 3 pricing tiers based on the number of visitors to the pages. Ads can be placed for 3 months, 6 months or a full year. Positions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Current advertisers get first right to renew an ad position.

Ads can be purchased individually, or for a better value - purchased as part of a package with print advertising.

Fixed Position Ad Pricing Tiers:

Landing - These pages receive the most traffic and their readers are looking for general information on camping and vacationing in California and Nevada. Because of the high volume of visitors, this is the highest pricing tier.
Pages in this category: Home Page, Select a State, Find a Park search page.

Premium - These pages receive less traffic than Landing pages, and the reader is again looking for general information. This is a moderate pricing tier.
Pages in this category: Get a Guide, Calendar of Events.

Target - The majority of our pages fall into this category. Although traffic to these pages is significantly less than Landing and Premium pages, the reader of these pages is very targeted ... they have searched our database to find parks specifically meeting their criteria. This is the most economical pricing tier.
Pages in this category: Search Results Pages, Visitor Information Pages.
Note: Advertisers select the region they would like to affiliate with their ad. For advertisers with statewide reach, their ad will appear on searches that include amenities only (no city or regional restrictions).

Impression Based Ads:

Our website can also accommodate impression based ads. Under this program advertisers sign up for a quantity of impressions to be served each month - for example 5000 impressions (views of the ad).
