Administration, including all financials & budgeting, of CalARVC, Inc. & Camp-California Marketing, Coordination of annual convention.  Primary contact for CTTC, State Fund, Board administration, State parks, BLM, National Forest, RVIA, and Cal RVDA.

Duties:  Administration of all member programs, RV shows, responsible for membership recruiting and billing, accounts receivable processing, eviction questions, Trade Show coordinator. Primary phone contact.

Susan Houlf, Member Services Representative

Duties:  Handles all bookkeeping duties. Maintains inventory of resale & office supplies, process all mail, fulfill orders & requests, Participatory Coordinator, Convention Registrar and coordinates Brochure Distribution.

Duties:  Sales for advertising in the Guide and website.  Staffs RV shows. Ambassador for CalARVC, Inc. Visits members and non-members increasing awareness of CalARVC and it’s programs.
